Elizabeth DarrowElizabeth Darrow exposes a fresh array of characters, both humorous and poignant, set in her colorful world of gesture, pattern, and texture. Elizabeth has made Wilmington her home since 1977. A Connecticut native, and graduate of Oberlin College in Ohio, she has worked in oil and collage throughout her career. She has work in numerous private collections around the country, as well as the Cameron Art Museum, The Cumberland County (NC) Public Library, and in the collections of Duke University Medical Center, R.J. Reynolds, Lowe's, Wachovia, and BB&T. Opening reception will be on Friday evening, September 3rd, 6:00 until 9:00 p.m. 'Let's Face It' New Paintings in Oil by Elizabeth Darrow is on display through October.

An Art Gallery and "offspace"

621N4TH is an artist-run gallery, studio and office space located in the heart of downtown Wilmington's Brooklyn neighborhood. The gallery location provides established and emerging artists the opportunity to exhibit and sell their work in a professional manner.
